International Creativity Month runs from January 1–31, 2026, and the International Bureau of Creative Affairs (IBCA) is active at Ruidoso Public Library throughout the month.

Step into their world, become a secret agent, and take on your next creative mission. Throughout January, visitors pick up Top Secret mission envelopes from the International Creativity Month display—each one filled with creative prompts and mission objectives designed to spark imagination across art, writing, music, and more.

This self-guided experience is open to all ages and invites you to complete one mission or many, at your own pace.
