Join the Ruidoso Public Library for a special children’s program in partnership with the Sunspot Solar Observatory. This engaging, hands-on experience invites curious minds of all ages to explore the science of light, color, and our sun through interactive activity stations.

Participants will rotate through four fun and educational stations, including sun-inspired art, rainbow light exploration, UV bead experiments, and an exploration of how astronomers study the universe using filtered light. Each activity is designed to spark curiosity, encourage discovery, and make science feel both accessible and exciting.

Open to children of all ages.
