  • ABSENTEE by mail voting begins 28 days before Election Day. Call the County Clerk’s Office to request an application or Completed applications need to be mailed or delivered to the County Clerk’s Office.   

To vote by mail, request an absentee ballot by filling out an application and returning it to the County Clerk’s Office at PO Box 338, Carrizozo, NM  88301
